What is the environment like at Ladybug House?
Professional but grounded. We don’t micro manage you. We have a generous amount of resources for our Occupational Therapists to draw on as well as the latest tests. There is a hammock in the room for you to use with children.
What is the interview process?
the fist interview is with Maria and Ren (owners)
the second interview is at Ladybug House with existing staff members
the final interview is with the Occupational Therapist who will be providing the supervision
Is the role suitable for Graduates?
The role will be suitable for any person who is a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with APRHA and you display the qualities mentioned at the start of the page. We have a specialised graduate program we discuss with you in the final interview.
