What is the environment like at Ladybug House?

Professional but grounded. We don’t micro manage you. We have a generous amount of resources for our Occupational Therapists to draw on as well as the latest tests. There is a hammock in the room for you to use with children.

What is the interview process?

  • the fist interview is with Maria and Ren (owners)

  • the second interview is at Ladybug House with existing staff members

  • the final interview is with the Occupational Therapist who will be providing the supervision

Is the role suitable for Graduates?

The role will be suitable for any person who is a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with APRHA and you display the qualities mentioned at the start of the page. We have a specialised graduate program we discuss with you in the final interview.
