Where is the Role?

We need a Receptionist with more than 2 years experience to work in our Keilor East practice.

What type of employment is in offer?

We are looking for the right person to take on a part time/casual role.

What is the work load like?

The role includes all things reception including taking payment, scheduling, rescheduling, scanning, faxing(yes faxing), supporting the allied health professionals with requests, inbound and outbound calls, following up cancellations and some housekeeping duties to keep the place looking good.

How many days are on offer?

Initially we see two days per week (Monday and Friday these days are not negotiable) being on offer but it will varying depending on business requirements.

We are planning another training session with a Occupational Therapy focus for 2019/2020.

About Us
Ladybug House is run by a family. Our egos are low and our care factor is high.

Maria is a senior speech pathologist and has over 20 years experience, working at Autism Spectrum Australia in NSW, as a clinical educator at Latrobe University and has lectured in Singapore on ASD. She is responsible for all things clinical. Renato has over 20 years experience working in large and small businesses. He is currently working on his Doctorate which is related to patient feedback on health care services. He does everything else! Their children provide support by volunteering in the office and reception and you will often see them in and about Ladybug  House.

Consequently, our business has been built on word of mouth and we have worked hard for every family.


Applicants for this position must have 2 years experience working in an allied health practice or equivalent. You must have your own transport, current Working with Childrens Check and provide a Police Check
